To me, a vibe-coded plugin with the price of a human-coded plugin makes no sense. It's not fair. Paying almost 100 or more to get a plugin without human DSP coding experience, final polishing, CPU optimization, and a good UX design from a professional team is just not the same. However, here we are talking about an affordable plugin made by someone who is an expert in ambient music and has a proven career in music production. To me, the risk is minimal.

Glitchwork + Tape Fiasco 2 is a great combo.

Yes, exactly. That's essentially what I was trying to get across but you said it more succinctly and eloquently than I could. :hihi:

No but if it's not working for any reason, feel free to reach out. :tu:
Yes, it doesn't work to demo this plugin without buying it.

I can't agree. I don't think fairness has anything to do with it.

First, a seller sells a product at the price people are willing to pay. If the product has value, it doesn't really matter how it was made. This is a basic rule of the free market.

Second, It's not like there's no work involved. It's a different kind of work. Yes, AI writes the code, but if you don't guide it with clear and detailed instructions about what to build and how it should work, things go off track very quickly.

Third, almost nobody writes DSP completely from scratch anymore. There are libraries, frameworks, and high-level programming languages. Yes, it still takes solid programming knowledge, but it's not as if every VST synth is written in Assembly from the ground up.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the way AI is being thrown at everything these days (I'm an IT engineer with several decades of experience). Still, I've built a few relatively simple applications with 100% AI-generated source code using a paid AI platform. Believe me, it wasn't effortless. It just required a different kind of effort.

If you don't like it - or rather don't want it - then don't buy it. That's perfectly fine. But saying it's "not fair" is quite a stretch.

Interesting.

How many voices is there?

Is there any "normal" screenshot of the GUI somewhere? I find hard to tell the GUI and features from the video or the angled view of the product page on Gumroad...
