I mean...when's the last time you listened to something made by Suno. Because I'm afraid that's not the case anymore with the newest model(s). And I wish I were wrong about that.

I'm not sure that it ever was the case, it's just Zeisner plucking more bullshit out of his arse.

It's all in the prompting though, no? I mean, if you want that repetition. This is totally going to be a hit.

And if you upload your original tracks they can use it anywhere.
You dont have the fine control over details like in a daw.
And what do you do exactly? You are writing prompts to an AI black box. Other hundred people write the exact same prompts like you and receive almost the same results.
Good luck with writing prompts if that makes you happy! I will continue to make music in the traditional way, and its just a matter of time that the existing daws will use more and more AI functions, that really help music making.
OTOH I also demoed Suno Studio, but because its not that sophisticated or detailed, i will not use it anyway.
I can make equally exciting tracks in the traditional way.
Ownership of Suno-generated songs depends on your subscription tier. On the Free plan, Suno retains ownership, and you are restricted to non-commercial use. On a paid Pro or Premier plan, you own the songs and receive full commercial rights to monetize your music

However, Tidal and I suspect more streaming platforms in future will stop the streaming revenue for such artificial music. Also there's no copyright protection, so anyone could copy that music and re-distribute it. A dead end.

I do not really make it to make revenue, I just like the songs. And not really, it is in the legal information that you can not copy others their music and put it as your own and that if you find someone doing it you should contact Suno. It is under copyright infrigment.

However, it is possible they make something that sound like yours since Suno can create multiple tracks sounding a bit like eachother, but if they copy your exact creation it is copyright infrigment

At least that is what I understand out of this but I am Dutch from language so I can get it wrong

Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users and the Service may generate the same or similar output for a third party. Other users may provide similar submissions and receive the same output. Output that is requested by and generated for other users is not your Content.

Copyright Complaints: Suno respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you should notify Suno of your infringement claim in accordance with the procedure set forth below.

But I probably am wrong, either way I do not care. I do not do it to make money or become famous, I just like the tracks. And if someone wants to copy them they still have the problem that I created the lyrics with Chatgpt so it is not created by suno machine, and it is based on an idea of mine so it is not a random lyric.

So you can copy it but I would advice not to do so because in the end their is still something extra added, the lyrics, and the master that I do myself.

So it is not made by Suno entirely... so I do not know... I do not think it is as easy as you say.

Now if I just prompt make a track, the story is different since everything is done by the Suno machine.

But I do not do that. I use my "own" lyrics and master it myself. So in the end the output file is drasticly different then what Suno itself would produce.

But in the end it does not really matter to me. I do not do it to make money.

This is what I found on the internet about the lyrics.

2. Copyright of Lyrics Created Using ChatGPT

OpenAI’s Terms of Use:
As of now, OpenAI generally allows users to own the outputs they generate, provided they comply with its terms of service. This means you can claim copyright over the lyrics generated by ChatGPT if they result from your prompts and guidance.
However, if the output closely resembles an existing copyrighted work, issues of copyright infringement could arise, and OpenAI disclaims liability in such cases.

As for copyright, it's the ownership, Suno generated music is not protected by copyright laws. Means anyone could clone that stuff and republish it to their liking. Hope that happens.

Also when the master and lyrics are NOT generated by Suno?

For someone hating on Suno because of the supposedly copyright infrigments they supposedly do you do not care that it happens to Suno users. Thats pretty stupid.

Maybe you are just one of those people who can not produce anything better then that comes out of suno and therefor you have to hate on the people using Suno because you have double standards.

Hating on suno because they supposdly rip others but hoping others rip suno users. Yeah...

Well I do not have to be afraid of that because its just AI slop so nobody would like to duplicate it since its really bad because it is made by ai and so it is ai slop and so it is crap.

So no fear in people duplicating it here! Right?

See nobody is gonna duplicate it! Its crap!

Look, all sillyness aside: You do understand by Suno standards I am the owner of the song since I am on a payed plan, namely the premier plan.
So that make ME owner of the song. I am sure that has to mean something by legal standards.
Secondly, I am the owner of the lyrics, since they are not Suno generated but with Chatgpt on an idea of mine, I shared what I found on internet and it shows that such content created on Chatgpt makes you owner of the content, and that I can even put copyright just on the lyrics.
Third: I own the master, since it is not Suno generated. I made the master in Ableton with Ozone.

So... I would not get any ideas because I have the legal department email from Suno and I WILL ask them what I can do and share ALL this information I shared here.

And I WILL contact Soundcloud and share ALL this information I shared here.

So please, do not get any funny ideas to prove a point. Because I will take these steps.

And anyway, its crap remember! AI SLOP!!!
