Zebra 3 Teething Troubles

Recently I have been getting these random crashes with Logic Pro X, traceable through Logic's Plugin Manager to Zebra 3. I have the latest versions of all software, and the strange thing is this happens when I am not using Zebra3, though I do have an instance of it in my default Logic file. I have no idea what is happening???

Three bugs or quirks that I don't recall seeing mentioned yet - all observed with the CLAP plugin in Bitwig 6:
1) Adding or removing modules in the grid is not pushing those actions onto the undo stack. After adding a module in the grid, if there were any other actions performed since the last patch load, undo undoes those prior actions first and the added module remains in the grid until all other actions have been undone and only then will the next undo remove the added module. The same thing occurs with module removal - it's not undone until after other undoes have been exhausted. If more than one module was added or removed, once undo reaches the module addition/removal, all of the additions or removals are undone together in one undo step - this seems like it might be just reloading the patch.
2) After switching from the 'Synthesis' tab to either of the other two tabs and then switching back to 'Synthesis', the scroll positions of both the generator and modulator racks are reset to the top instead of keeping the positions they were at prior to the tab switching.
3) The 'E-Piano' and 'Transistor Board' oscillator presets load the same set of curves as 'Saw to Triangle'. If it helps hint at the cause: the .h2p files for both presets are present in the .../Zebra3/Modules/Oscillator/Factory directory and both the affected presets have a newer modification date (April 12) compared to all the working presets (mostly April 4 except 'Chime Sweep' which has April 7). The contents of 'Transistor Board' looks like it's meant to be a complete patch preset and not an oscillator preset.

One and three will be fixed in the next update, we already fixed those internally a while ago.
