Trying to recreate a buzz effect (chorus ig)

Hi,

I recently wanted to recreate a specific effect, but unfortunately I haven't been successful so far. I don't have much experience with audio engineering, so I'm hoping someone with more knowledge can help me.

I'm trying to create a chorus or flanger effect that sounds exactly like the one in the recording I've attached. It's especially noticeable when the music suddenly stops, which makes it easier to hear the effect I'm referring to, i got the space/reverb part using irs (fruity convolver) but the weird moving sound on top like a helicopter/zzz modulation isnt coming out correctly

If anyone could help me identify the effect or suggest the correct settings to achieve it, I would be extremely grateful.
