Hive 2 Linux LFO sync mode resets randomly on some MIDI notes

Hi,

So I encountered this issue where I use one of the LFOs to do anything in sync mode. In my understanding the LFO should never restart when it is in sync mode, but when I play some notes from my song through MIDI, the LFO resets randomly its offset on some notes. This does not happen if I play the notes from my MIDI keyboard / keyboard. This is on Renoise / Manjaro Linux using Jack2.

I'll add preset instrument that automates the pitch of OSC1 while it is hooked to the scope to see how the LFO jumps when the error happens. Also screenshot included showing how the LFO1 suddenly resets.
