Hi everyone,
Since we've received several questions about what has changed compared to Satson, we thought it would be helpful to summarize the main new features and improvements introduced in S-Console.
S-Console was developed from scratch on a completely new framework. Our goal wasn't to reinvent Satson, but to preserve its philosophy while taking it much further in terms of sound, workflow, compatibility, and long-term maintainability.
Some of the main differences are:
1. Two oversampling modes, with up to 16x oversampling.
2. Improved crosstalk.
3. A new Push mode with two selectable headroom levels.
4. Dry/Wet control.
5. Output control.
6. Low-cut and High-cut filters can now be placed either before the preamp or after the saturation stage.
7. Improved VU metering, with calibration options at -14, -16, -18, -20, -22, -24 and -26 dBFS (Satson offered only -14, -18 and -20 dBFS).
8. Bug fixes and more consistent behavior across different sample rates.
9. Native Apple Silicon (ARM) support.
10. Grouping, improving workflow while also enhancing stability and performance.
11. A completely redesigned, resizable GUI.
Beyond the visible features, a considerable amount of work also went into the new architecture, ensuring S-Console has a solid foundation for future development while preserving the sound and workflow that made Satson a favorite for so many users.

I own A and N Console but paid $42 for S Console. It’s still very good value and I’m not going to lose sleep over $3 but if the additional discount is supposed to be applied automatically at checkout then something is up and you might want to look into it.

Hi PieBerger,
First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience. We completely understand that this is frustrating, especially since applying the correct loyalty discount is a commitment we've made to our existing customers.
Could you please send us an email at staff@sonimus.com so we can verify your purchase and issue the appropriate refund if needed?
We were able to locate an account that appears to match your forum profile and noticed that the order included more than one product. Before making any changes, we'd just like to confirm that we're looking at the correct account.
If that account is indeed yours, it appears that the S-Console purchase was charged at $39, which is the expected price after the loyalty discount. It may be worth taking another look at your receipt or transaction details.
Either way, we'll be happy to verify everything with you and make sure everything is correct.
Thanks!

Good detective work, I did indeed purchase a second product, T-Console and I see now that a discount was applied at checkout! I got it in my head that it should come off the product price and it was still showing $42...As I said previously and is evident by my lack of attention to the price, $3 is nothing for me to worry about, I was more concerned about your claiming there is a discount and that your system might be bugged.Sonimus wrote: Mon Jul 06, 2026 2:09 am Hi PieBerger,

We're good it seems
I will probably still reach out to support because I don't appear to have received any promo email, which is odd since I own other Sonimus products. I'm sure you would have mentioned a discount in such a communication to existing customers

Grabbed the new release. Thanks! Always great work from Sonimus.
Now about Burnley. I never purchased but if you are refreshing, how about some virtual Marconi knobs? I remember the original teaser screenshot for Burnley looked just like a Neve, but then the color and knobs were changed at release.
Orient it vertically with a fader on the right and steal all the UA sales
