Note retrigger in Melda plugins fail

Hey there, I have this problem with all Melda Plugins I use that the midi retrigger option won't work. I have it in both, Bitwig and FL Studio on Windows. What am I doing wrong? It's just not reacting to midi input. Also, other plugins such as Serum or Zebra the midi retrigger works fine.

What plugins are before this in the chain? Are they passing MIDI through? For example, in MSoundFactory, there is an option in the settings to toggle MIDI pass-through.
