Thanks to Vanerio, I aim withdrawing my suggestion, which was untethered from reality, and actually dangerous.

Click there, choose a destination. I just tried it with a Sine wave I mangled with the Shape setting and the Skew setting in the Advanced tab, and it exported over 4 minutes of my waveform, using some weirdly random name that was not at all the name i chose in the export WAV window. But, on close inspection, it was my waveform. 4 minutes + is to a single cycle, so maybe there's a a way to get a single cycle, but one can always edit it down.
This WAV button processes audio files, so be careful because you could end up overwriting your own files.
The dialog is an Open file dialog, not a Save file dialog, so the weirdly named sample must have already been on your drive, and you selected it. Be carefull!

Thank you - yes, could be dangerous. The function seems a bit unpredictable to me, it is as far as i can tell supposed to create a new file with the name I assign. The filename I ended up with was very odd. Probably best to avoid my suggestion!

No, it doesn't create a new file. It only processes files from your drive. It's a file selection dialog. It processes the selected audio file as if you were passing its audio signal through the plugin, and then saves the processed result.
It can be seen in the dialog title: "Process audio files"
By the way tonycore, it is not really dangerous by itself, sorry if I induced fear. In fact processing audio files is really usefull if you know what the WAV button does. I said it is dangerous because if one does not know what the WAV button does, one could overwrite files and create a mess!

So, guys, without intending to dismiss your request, I'd like to offer you a couple of options:
Option 1 (If you own MSoundFactory): using Wavetable module you can export single cycle waveforms and it uses the same editor. I use it and love it.
Option 2: Set MOscillator frequency to 21.533203125 Hz (paste the value or create a "Waveform exporter" preset with it), and record the output. Then you'll have to cut the record to obtain just a cycle, and it will be a 2048 samples standard waveform. (assuming a 44100 kHz project)
