I have no explanation for this behaviour. A simple Midi CC rectangle modulation, is not a rectangle anymore, once it arrives in the Poly Grid device. It looks and sounds like, as if a slew limiter has been placed in the signal path. Can anyone explain this?

I wish it was optional... it makes a little sense for some types of CC but definitely not when you use CC for automation. Meanwhile, I wish pressure was slewed and it's not (or at least not enough).

That would be weird, because this effect can easily be added by using an Average module.
Maybe a relic from the pre-Note-Grid era. However, I sent a request to the Bitwig Team on Friday.

The Bitwig support answered. At least in this case, it can be easily turned off, by disabling the "Smoothing" option in the Poly Grid's "CC In" module. That was simple, I wasn't aware of that.
