Yes it's quite different because with your method you can completely bypass the VST3/CLAP Windows -> Linux bridging (Yabridge or LINVST) layer, which is quite complicated to deal with.

Also, I prefer to use Native Linux because with doing so I can use ChowDSP, TAL,U-he, Atlas, Speedrum and all others that are available in fully Linux native form - and they perform much better than in Wine.

The problem with porting our plugins to Linux it mainly has to do with the UI but since we have been suing webiews for the past couple of years for UIs if there is enough interest we can create a binding layer with chromium so ew can have our UIs on linux too (if you aree willing to have chromium installed on your system)

I am a Linux user. I just looked through your available plugins, and I can see several I would be interested in if they were Linux Native. Please count me in as a vote for Linux support!!

Hello, any update on this, please? I used a few Hornet plugins on Windows before I made the switch to Linux, and VHS was very useful. I use Linux now!

Doesn't work properly on Windows, so I wouldn't hold my breath.

WE still use the web view based rendering so we can't offer direct Linux compatibility unless we write a wrapper from chromium. we are considering the possibility to do it since we are getting quite a bunch of requests for linux support.

If you offered linux versions, then I could switch my workstation to linux. Hornet offers just about the complete set of mixing/mastering tools, and I think would become a go-to for linux users. Many probably already have chromium installed or would do so if that's all it takes. Much easier than the wine loopholes. Anyways, keep up the good work and I look forward to what's coming next regardless!

I am an Electronic Dance music producer who produces on Linux (Ubuntu Studio). And I use Reaper Linux version.

Ducking is an enormous part of our workflow, as we have sub bass heave bassines, and sub heavy kicks. Your Spectral Ducker looks better than anything else out there for ducking. I'm hoping it can also duck with triplet kicks and then back to single kicks and uneven kick sequences. Shaperbox volume shaper has been the best so far, but you need to use midi side chain for best results, and then there issues for overlapping triplet kicks. I also have Trackspacer plugin, which is like the old school way before all this spectral EQing got big amongst plugin devrlopers, but Trackspacer is useless for ducking kicks on bass if just makes a mess of your bass. I have Fabfilter pro Q4 running with Yabridge, but spectral sidechaing accurately doesn't seem to be what yours can do. Nit sure what the new three body technology spectral ducking can do though.

So really hoping you will make a Linux version of Spectral Duck.
