is it possible to pitch shift and time stretch at the same time in tracktion ?
I havent found a way to do so.

in other words, is it possible to pitch shift and keep the length of an audio clip ?
(other than first changing the length then using a pitch shift plugin)

Sort of.
After adjustting the length of the loop to fit, you can either drop a pitch shift filter directly on the loop, or just put it on the end of the track if you want to pitch shift the whole track.
After you hear what it sounds like you'll realize why I answered with "sort of".

, I thought a "pitch-shift plug-in" refered to some other third party pitch shifter. I thought you were wondering if there was one included in Tracktion.
