I'm at the point where it comes down to edit two (!) .cpp files to get it running on PC (well, and maybe some minor things here and there)
But these two files contain 2000 lines of hard core code which require a lot of learning due to the new platform
Cheers,

D'oh... having to learn a new graphics api sucks big time... much of it is still way beyond my understanding.
At least, I got something drawn on the screen
. To be precise, I still have no idea how to paint images, so I'm painting rounded boxes instead:

Funny, huh?
Well... the code used is 100% Win compatible... now, that's cool, innit?
But... now I need something to eat and a good movie on tv... if possible...

I love the minimalist Windows UI! It looks ready for release if you ask me.Urs wrote:At least, I got something drawn on the screen. To be precise, I still have no idea how to paint images, so I'm painting rounded boxes instead:

Hehehe,
support for my vector graphics literally shapes up:

Support for drawing images and text are still missing. As well as support for menus, file handling, text input. D'oh...

We're getting closer!

Oki... look at this...
Took a while until I got crossplatform text rendering done... the font I used is still a silly Times italic, but I'm gonna buy the correct font
Drawing bitmap graphics has also been very tricky, and as you can see, some scaled ones still have those glitches (white lines)... I'll get that fixed

What I havn't got yet are menus. Maybe I will take ordinary Windows system menus for the beginning.
File handling is also not implemented, yet. I think this will come last.
Cheers,
Urs
