A drum editor would be really nice. Perhaps they'll pull a Propellerhead on us. First they give us some cool stuff in v2, then they give us some more cool stuff in v2.5 :D

Then there will be no updates for 2 years :-o

That sucks. I definitely need SOMETHING to identify my drum parts as rubbish.

You can make a 'sort of' drum editor with note names in T1 using the sampler as a front end for your drum machine. Make a very small .wav file and load it into the sampler multiple times. Assign each version to a different note and give it the name of the drum you want on that note. Then insert the sampler into the track with your drum machine VST. When you create a clip and zoom in, you can now see the note names.

i've only just realised the actual usefulness of the pants tool... it would be super! you can colour code clips i suppose (all the brown ones are ones that you're unsure about and need to replace/address/throw away)but it would be good if you could 'pants click' a clip and have it overlaid with a repeating pants pattern. that way it would stand out and you wouldn't forget that you needed to have a closer look at that part before you send off your final render... [assuming the project is important enough to send anywhere]

we want the pants tool!
Kick, punch, it's all in the mind.
