I know you are busy with the port, and all. I just wanted to document a few little features I'd like to see in Filterscape. I'm hoping some of the other users can discuss them. I'm attempting not to request anything big, just somethings that probably exist beneath the UI, that I'd like to maybe see some support for.
1) EQ templates. It'd be nice to just one day sit down a dmake like 65 different EQ settings. Say I call one "Snare Twang" then another "Bass Pillow". Then some time I'm working on something I can go to a library of EQ snapshots to make a different preset. You get the idea. A sub-menu to load in snapshots to a given running Filterscape's EQ slot.
2) Midi Templates. I think currently FS saves it's last Midi Learn setup, but it'd be neat to be able to load different ones and store them later for safe keeping or different working scenarios.
Just some thoughts.

you're right, I'm pretty busy... damn Musikmesse is in 6 weeks as well...
EQ templates are definately planned. But this is one of the things that I wanted to do when I have a final concept for the Win version. Due to my lack of knowledge of some file handling issues on Windows, I want to gather some experience first before making a decision here (files must be interchangable between platforms etc.).
Organizing Midi CC settings sound like a cool idea as well. This falls of course in the same category as EQ templates, or alternative tuning tables etc. - any file handling beyond normal presets must wait for some Win experience.
Once I get an idea about that, it will be easy to implement.

Good news on the templates. This is a feature I've been wanting too. Totally understandable that you want to do it later to make it work cross platform.

just make them XML files so we can edit them....
