Is it possible to set up CC_Rider so that I can use the knobs on my Edirol PCR to control VST parameters (Bionic Delay for example) AND record this information in Tracktion? If so, can someone give me a little lesson? Thanks.

For what you want, it won't work. The pupose of CC rider is so you can use Tracktions VST Automation to send Midi-CC's instead of using Midi-CC's via midi clips.
You'll have to wait for T2 which has the parameter mapping stuff.
If BionicDelay supports midi-learn you can use that and map directly via the VST itself, but I don't recall that being possible with BionicDelay.
