My money will stay with Doug & Nick at East-West, Michael Post, Eric at JRR (amongst others) etc. Very professional and ethical. Bullshit traders will always be around, vote with your wallet and if you are owed money by this jerk, take it up with your credit card company, they will charge it back. DC can bitch and moan but the simple fact is they were selling product that did not exist and people are clearly owed their money back, this is where your credit card company will act on your behalf. Then you can draw a line under the whole sorry affair.

Here is an update! My Visa card Co. has issued a charge back in this situation. Donnie has lost. In fact I think Donnie has lost a great deal more than what this will cost him...all because he would NOT do the right thing. One can only hope that he will learn from this and change from within. Sparlecki, Donnie seems to be making good on this. People are buying his downloadable samples and getting them. No waiting for a CD. Format clearly stated.

Give him a fair chance to clear his name and get going again, 'kay? :-) It looks like he's made a good start of it this time, delivery-wise. (Though I do think he should hire someone else to deal with the public.) And I haven't heard from anyone who thinks his samples are of poor quality.
