I have a question Paul or anybody,
You say on the pre-order notification to make sure my CPU is SSE enabled.
Could you explain what that is and how to go about doing it? Is this the same as setting "processor scheduling" to "background services"?
Looking foward to the download link. Although I might hold off 'till tommorow.

I probably won't be the first and won't be the last, but: I received a link to a server that cannot be found... I'll try again tomorrow, to spread the load and to give you and the server company a chance to fix it

Unless your processor is very old, it should have SSE. What is your processor? (AMD/INTEL, speed, type)Dimwit wrote:You say on the pre-order notification to make sure my CPU is SSE enabled.

I know you guys have had problems, but are you still sending out the email links. I am in the UK and have not recieved anything yet.
As I am a WS owner, did I have to email you with my details of the WS order?
Thanks
Graham

No need to send anything
As i said earlier it takes me a bit of time to manually do this, and links will be sent out as quick as i can.
Add to this the pressure of everybody hitting the server at once and I hope you all understand, we may face a few small issues.
No Need to panic, we are here and on the case.

Indeed, Download-Acelerators can really put a server down. Sadly, but true. As those files are big, for each file your DA opens, it will take 60 meg of memory. So, if your DA is set for 8 files, that's 60x8 = 480 meg, just for your connection.
Now, if another users opens another x8 connection... CRASH!! Sad, but true... I had to change my Wusik server some time ago just due to that. Even with the download limitations some users were abusing the DEMO files.
