scuzzphut 6.5 & Trakction: missing steps

When switching patterns in scuzzphut6.5, some steps in the sequencer (usually the first one) are switched off.

For example:

Pattern 1 is

*---*---*---*---

I switched to another pattern and back and get

----*---*---*---

Anyone else getting this?


(This happens in Tracktion, even on an empty project - on two different system. Never happened to me in EnergyXT)

This happens to me sometimes in Stepchild too. I thought it was the infamous "dropped first note" bug?

this is a new one, spacefox.

I just tried it in Tracktion and I can't reproduce it.

Does it happen every time?

Are you changing via the GUI or via MIDI?

Is it possible some parameter automation is geting in there?

This is not the infamous dropped note. The step is off on the gui.

Not every time, no. That's why I don't think it a proper bug, but some other paranormal and annoying phenomenon.

I'm changing patterns via the GUI, and I never use VST automation for this plugin. Is there anything (except vst automation) that can a single step on/ off?
