just checked out the sample clip ... nice work ... not sure i need it (although the sample IS an excellent explanation of compression regardless of host) but i can see this being VERY good for users new to tracktion ...

Y'know, I would have said I didn't need that, but having watched the sample video, I really enjoyed it, and I probably could learn stuff from it. I was watching a BFD sample vid recently, and even though the gui there is really intuitive too, I'd missed a few bits and bobs - I guess I like tutorial vids.

I can see myself getting a copy of that when it becomes available ... nice job guys

I would buy the DVD as a compliment to the manual, but the streaming is not something I would buy. Because streaming means I need an internet connection and cannot "save the file" to disk? Or could I save the streams to disk? I know this is something configurable per stream and per stream server...

Are we able to save the files that are streamed to disk? To save them ourselves onto our own media for offline use?

Q: How do the online streaming versions of your tutorials work? How do I gain access to them?

A: Online streaming tutorials are the quickest and easiest way to view our tutorials. To gain access to the streaming videos you will need to first create an account with SWA Video, you can do so here. Once you have created your membership you then can purchase access to the videos from our tutorials page found here. Once the purchase transaction is complete your membership login details are added to the videos access database. All videos subscribed to can accessed from your account 'My Streaming Videos' page. It is also possible to download the tutorial to your computer so that you can watch the video with being tied down to the internet! for those that may want a hard copy version we have those as well on DVD!

This sounds really good! Maybe Mackie could work out a future bundle deal with this? Video training is FAR superior to any other method of learning except actual one on one learning.

I may get this just to learn a few things I may have looked over, or if nothing else then to support the project.
