Bravo Fred! Well done. When I said bird I meant Phoenix and when I said Compass I meant East/West. But, of course this was an idea we had long before that product ever existed. It is, in fact, OmniSoundz 2! Over 2 gigs in all of those formats. Each sound is a bit larger with either more samples across the keyboard or more velocity switches. But, there are a few unique aspects to it beyond that. I will tell you more very soon but it is a great all around meat & potatoes set for anyone to have. OmniSoundz, OmniSynth, Sonik Synth 2 and Sonic Station users will all be able to get it for less (and maybe even less than less if we do a group buy or have a promo intro offer on www.esoundz.com ). So far this is an exclusive esoundz.com product. It will be ready some time this month or next month at the latest. No official announcement yet but you heard it (or guessed it) here first.fgrittner wrote:Ah, now I get it--Nick Phoenix--Colossus--the SR new product is a GM set on steroids plus other goodies for songwriters and performers. But it is not the 32 GB monster that Colossus adds up to (disk streaming allows that size I guess.)
Sounds cool.
Price is more than Omni 1 (which is still available as a lighter option) and much less than the Kalawsis.
I should have mentioned this as a prize before but Fred you win a free copy. Congrats and thanks for playing! The person who first guessed it was a GM set gets second prize which is half off (if you want it of course).
Was it a fun game?
