Personally it helped me check my GAS, I won’t miss what I’ve never had and I’m already into the thousands on Pigments presets, but yes good general advice to go straight to Arturia’s sales support to try and fix this.zzz00m wrote: Fri Dec 31, 2021 3:37 am$29 is what I see offered. Suggest contacting Arturia customer support if you do not. They are probably not watching this discussion.WatchTheGuitar wrote: Fri Dec 31, 2021 2:47 am No, what we’ve mainly been discussing is we’ve seen some Pigments owners offered the chance to get the triad presets for just $29, it’s an offer not consistently made to all owners.
Arturia Pigments 3 is out!

FWIW, I was able to resist the $29 Energy Triad bundle.

I think I contributed presets for the EDM and Trap banks.zzz00m wrote: Fri Dec 31, 2021 7:36 pm FWIW, the individual Triad bank titles are Bass, Trap, and EDM.

By the way, the main reason for avoiding it was that they did not seem suitable for the music I am making. The offer is otherwise a no-brainer for anyone into these genres and I am sure there will be some great presets in the bundle.

I just noticed they added a bunch of presets (150 of them) into Analog Lab 5 from Pigments 3.5.

OK, I've made it though 1800+ presets and marked my favourites (about half of them). What do people suggest to back-up this info? The preset files are kept at C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets, but will these files contain the favourite status I've added, or is that kept somewhere else?

I make an automatic full backup image of my system hard drive daily, so I rarely worry about those details.herbaltree wrote: Sun Jan 23, 2022 6:38 pm OK, I've made it though 1800+ presets and marked my favourites (about half of them). You could make a Playlist, add the favourites to it then export it and keep that somewhere.herbaltree wrote: Sun Jan 23, 2022 6:38 pm OK, I've made it though 1800+ presets and marked my favourites (about half of them). I spent 3 weeks going back and forth with the useless Arturia Tech support who had no clue where those are kept, and kept repeating wrong information to me every three days..sigh..worse tech support I have ever had ever......
It is actually in a subfolder called Factory Edits that stores the information.
Back those up But indeed backing up the entire Presets folder can't hurt..

Hi Pigments lovers,
you probably already have a lot of presets. But may you will find some interesting in my SHADES bank ?

Wow, just read this whole thread from the start. Took me a while, went through many emotions … I prob could’ve made 2 tracks in the same time, but I love me some procrastination.
First time poster and short time listener. A bit of a noob. So My noob 2 cents is that I’ll buy it. Although I’ve missed the sales 69€ was a steal for sure. Sitting on €199 more, so I’ll wait a while or see what comes up on the buy and sell thread.
Also Arturias support team have never let me down. I’m a Arturia frother for sure.
Thanks everyone for their input, I learned lots.
