this simply does not exist. Podolski comes without any pre-defined controller assignments. It's all empty on a fresh install, so you have to teach it your desired assignments by the MidiLearn functionality. Which takes about 2 minutes for all knobs.
The way to go is:
Set up your template with any MidiCC you like, i.e. start with 32 and go through to 63 or whatever. The Virus' default table would just work. Then right-click (or ctrl-click on a Mac) the corresponding knobs in Podolski's gui and assign that controller by turning the knob on the Virus. That's all.
