Will post new screenshots for the preset browser + wave editor tonight.
v1 was already a must get. What kind of upgrade pricing are you thinking of for v1 owners?
If they are interested in beta testing or contributing to the preset/song library, free for them :)

would GLADLY beta test...

Why does that preset system look so familliar.... :hihi:

Anyway, I'm interested in making presets for this...though I've still never understood how to make use of the "easy" page on V1.

Familiar? :)

Anyhow, even if the preset management UI looks similar to NI products, it has differences:

1. Instead of 5 different preset categories, we have only two, and I believe that should be sufficient: Category and Style/Genre.

2. The bank name and author name can be filtered as well while searching for a preset.

I might also throw in a search textbox to search for presets, but for now I haven't done that. Easy job though..

I'm more than willing to do beta testing, especially the skinning engine ;). If I'm understanding the WYSISWG concept, you can hide/show features to effectively make different synth setups? If that's the case I'm gonna have some fun with that.
In the future there will be robots!

I probably can beta test also if you need it.
I won a SynthMaster license a long time ago.
I hope I can update it to the new version for free, or will 2.0 cost for upgrade?

Yes, that is INDEED the concept. We have a WYSIWYG editor for free to design different skins / GUIs :)

Hopefuly at the end of April we have something to show off :)

i just bought version 1 of this very nice synth,is there a way i can help beta-test?

Post

Just wait for mid-July!

Thanks for your patience :) I know that you guys are anxious to download the beta out, however, since I'm not making "enough" money on this project yet, I can only allocate ~20 hours/week for this project. Hopefuly, with v2.0, I am gonna make enough to go on my own and spend 50 hours per week :)
