If your issue is not covered there, then I suggest you contact Tracktion support directly. Tracktion can contact the plugin devs if necessary. If they can reproduce the problem, they are more likely to be able to take steps to get it fixed. https://tracktion.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Plugin issues are unfortunately common with most DAWs, and usually takes the developers for both vendors working together to fix. The VST standards are not always implemented consistently by plugin devs, but the problem could be on either end.
