Pulse Wave LFO in Zebra2?

If you notice in the video, I couldn't start right on the downbeat of the track. The first bar would always go out of time, and sometimes it would go out of time during the whole part. It seemed to fall right on the beat/grid if I started the track a bar or two ahead of the keyboard part. ...still trying to suss that out.
