OP should stick to the standard logic for critical productions and not upgrade until the productions are finished.

Install the beta, think for yourself instead of being lazy and expecting other people to do it for you.
How about not making comments if you're not helping at all?
How about you apply that to the OP first. If he wants help, he shouldnt be making a habit of being a dick to other people asking for it.

Precisely

But to everyone writing off Echo, the new delay plugin, try it. It’s not like every other delay plugin. It doesn’t just have unique results but it also sounds good.

I'm really surprised at how stable the beta has been. I only crashed it once, and I couldn't repeat the crash.

Constant crashes with me on WIndows 10 with a busy session, 5 crashes in a 2 hour session last night. 9 rock solid in comparison, stick with that for a while.

Yep, it's my new fav delay.

Sounds soooo good!

Yeah. Echo is very nice. Looks cool on Push2.

Have you tried making them bigger? Just sayin‘.

But seriously, I am using Ableton on a Macbook with various different secondary monitors. In some situations the new interface fonts work extremely well, in others I have to admit that I need to scale them up a bit.

Updating your DAW in the middle of a project is not recommended.

V10 doesn't have enough new going on to shake $200 out of my pocket. The better m4l integration looks good, and some of the other additions look good, but not that good. Echo? I already have PSP Echo as well as a boatload of other delays.

You can run them in parallel which makes this less of an issue as long as you take the usual precautions (project backup etc).

Why wait? Get the beta now. It's open to anyone who has Live 9. I got tired of waiting. I've been using 10 beta for almost two weeks now.

I've been beta testing for a while. Some crashing, not too bad. The new features, esp. Echo, Drum Buss, Wavetable and Capture are worth it for me. As someone previously stated Live 9 projects all open, no probs. Lots of new features as has been stated elsewhere. Try for yourself. :)
