I was digging into this a bit more and it turns out it was caused by some inaccuracy in the chain, so hopefully in the next update it will get rid of the overtones (potentially at the expense of a little CPU though).

Hi! If I play with the structure pad, the L and R channel sounds different or has latency. If I play again a new note, without moving the X Y pad, the sound is normal. Is this a new bug?

Only add Additive to MSF and hold a note, than move a detune slider or the structure pad.
With the first movement the stereo image changes.
If you stop moving, everything sounds mono again as soon as you press the next note.

The problem unfortunately still exists.
As soon as I move a detune parameter or the XY Pad in the structure area while playing a note, the stereo image is offset with a "click" sound.
"Fix: Additive module Width didn't work for new voices until it has been touched."
That may have been another problem, but not what I described.
Maybe you could look again? Or does the problem only occur with me?
Edit:
Please have a look at the graphic:

It is only the right channel that is affected. Obviously the phase is simply suddenly reversed.
