I don't think 12 is even needed.
I downloaded it this morning, then my rigid ego didn't install. I'm good with 11 but when I feel like wasting 100 dollars or whatever I'll pay for the upgrade.
I think I only paid 60$ or something for Waveform 11 Pro and that was earlier this year. The upgrade price for 12 is a bit steep for the Tracktion veterans.. I first bought T5 or T7 back in 2006 in Nottingham, UK.

This is the problem with forums. Wanting to be 'right' all the time isn't the way to make friends
Whichever one I bought in 2006 when I got out of jail is what I still use today. I used it and entered a music production competition which I won, then gave up after a year or two and went back to selling drugs. When the police in Norwich had enough of me I left and went legit. Then during covid (end of 2020) I started thinking about making music again.
When I logged in and wanted Tracktion it said it doesn't exist anymore and that I would have to download Waveform. Thank God it worked exactly the same. Simple interface etc.
I was honestly just trying to share a positive thought and hope my lack of knowledge in memorizing the correct T2 T5 T1000 version doesn't upset anybody.

"Correcting cultural behaviour" should have all died out by now unless you live in Germany, and I do. But I don't do it because it is irritating.
