what, like pretending there's a financial cost for the plugin when there isnt?
Set Theory claim:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate.
Red is Red and anything that is Red is an object, a class in itself or a real thing if you prefer"

Some logical stretch/jump you did there. The assumption you are making is wrong. In reality, the cost is higher with ilok. Both for the company and for the customer. Also sales suffers too - that's why smart companies ditched it. And the smartest ones never implemented it.whyterabbyt wrote: Tue Nov 05, 2024 3:39 pmwhat, like pretending there's a financial cost for the plugin when there isnt?
But you have all the right to feel entitled to assume whatever you want, if that's helping you.

I will certainly leave it, but thanks for the confirmation.revvy wrote: Tue Nov 05, 2024 1:41 pm iLok for a plugin that is normally sold for money, but is free for 2 weeks, after which it will be sold for money again. Take it or leave it, no? (I guess many will leave it, I already paid cash money for it)
I did see a page with lots of free stuff, i assume they all require ilok too...? It came from their site, so not just demo versions as I understood

Yes, in November, the first one to receive a gift is always the one I love the most—me.
