Anyway, i could get to the point that's interesting: Just after cubase goes play, it reports a negative position to mulab! That's odd. Will look into that how mulab handles that.

No. I think i tried every possible combination in the host sync options.

The sync issue is definitely related to Cubase sending a negative play position to MuLab upon start playing. You can see that in the video you shared, in MuLab's host sync monitor. Currently such negative host play position is an unsupported case. I'll research if this can be supported on short term.

when working with hardware (sequencers) and Ableton Live, sometimes the computer gets all winded up when playing an (internal) loop, so the song position is not correct anymore

It works the same with loop on or loop of, on both mulab and/or cubase, there's always a one bar delay, and then it starts.

MuLab Plugin M10.0.77 beta for Windows 64 bit is available:

This beta update should fix the host sync issue in Cubase.
Please test on your system and let me know if everything works fine now.
