From the list of filters, drag Groove Agent to an empty track. Make sure the output of the track is set to an audio output (highlight the whole track and select from the list at the bottom / middle of the screen)
You then click on "Run" within Groove Agent, click "Play" in Tracktion and then "Stop" in Tracktion. This should stop GA playing and now you can start/stop GA from Tracktion
