No, there will not be other than 4/4 time signatures.
That's because of a unique and very complex drum rhythm compose algorithm used in SlicyDrummer, that was created only for 4/4 time.

Quite apart from Slicey or Fill-in drummers, does anybody know of an MFX to VST plugin for Tracktion? I'm trying to plug some of the MFX stuff I have, and would like to know how to do it...

No, but your post did prompt me to check out Musiclab's site again, and it seems they finally got around to making a vst version of Slicy and Fill-in drummer
