to give more information, it loads up ok and the gui works (typeface, page etc) but it doesn't allow any typing into it.

cheers steve, like i said before, that's the problem that some hosts have with it at the moment (not giving it proper keyboard focus) - they like to steal the keypresses. For now this is a Tracktion plug,- working properly in other hosts is a bonus, but not priority as there's more important stuff to do
@braj - sorry about that.. i just hacked together the script parsing thing for rock, and it was about 5am - i knew something stupid would happen so i didn't change the main release. stick to 2X
if you want the 'hidden' script parsing feature, you can always save a preset in it (before it crashes
and load it in the normal 2X version ready prepared). i've not got time to do a bughunt on it tho
