For anyone who would have an issue too to reach that page, here are the links (it is legal given that they lead to a conventional page, no warez nor that kind of craps, and without any password):

September 27, 2015 (all the links work perfect, below, today June 3rd, 2017)

Bye bye older plugins...

After 7 years RMV gets retired, Alpha 3 after more than 8 years, Organ 3 ran for almost 9 years, Octopus made it just below 10 years. relectro also gets retired.

Time to say good bye...

We wont sell these instruments anymore and will only support them for another year. However, if you have a DAW set up, they wont stop working at a specific date, so you can use them as long as you keep a working environment. At some point these instruments probably wont work in a (then) up to date environment, so be careful with any updates you make to your DAW computer.

Final sale: until End of October you have a last chance to buy any of these plugins at a much reduced price of 19.99 for each of them, any additional sound libraries for discontinued products at 9.99, links are below.

I have put the links in a tag "Code" because these links have brackets and the KVR engine doesn't like to see brackets in the links.

I already had (and I use them) Octopus, MorphoX, and SaxLab. I have now just taken Alpha (and its two banks), and Organ 3 (even if I already love VB3). And I'll take Spectral and CRX4 tomorrow by the current announce made in the last newsletter of yesterday.

Peter keeps on making a bit of money during these last days of Linplug.
:tu:

And I consider my new purchases of today and tomorrow as a kind gesture and a big Thank you to Peter for all this superb works he offered to us during so many years.

wtf? its not like the plugins quit working after linplug stops development. geeeze!
Maybe not on Windows, but every OSX update is a potential software killer. :P
well thats a crappy OS issue, not a developer issue.

How good that that is just your opinion, not the developer's ones, otherwise none of our plugins would work...

Linplug, please reconsider. You make excellent plugs.

Linplug's exit was very classy..... as opposed to the way Camel Audio got out of the business. :dog: :hihi:

I came here because I saw the news and had something to say about Linplug, but I see this a thread for stupid arguing about stupid shit.

Of Linplug's $49 products, I don't own Morphox or Saxlab. I've never been interested in Saxlab but I've just been demoing Morphox again and I love it. The morphing between settings reminds me of the AN1X and Sunrizer. I might yet buy it.

Isn't Saxlab based on that old Dash Signature sax plugin?

Has anybody installed the Spectral Demo on Windows 10 and noticed any odd behavior ? :?

Yes. The engine has even been made by him, Luigi Felici. See the bottom of this page:
http://nusofting.liqihsynth.com/acousticmodels.html

At the origin he had named his sax "Tubi LeSax". It is when Linplug took the production of "Tubi LeSax" that the instrument was hugely improved and that it was renamed "SaxLab".

At this time NuSofting was named DashSignature. It was years ago...

Luigi takes part also to the development of several instruments produced by SampleModeling with the SWAM engine (not the other products that they make for Kontakt)

It is Luigi again who made the first version of EVE (Electronic Vintage Ensemble) and also Mellotronix which are sold by Wusik.

And Luigi made yet many other things. And he keeps on being very active. He is twice a genius and a very active developer not only for him but also for other partners.
