He should have said it is going to "be platform independent". The way it is written now sound like it is moving towards being platform-specific, which is backwards.velocipede wrote:It's down again, but with ominous promises of "dropping platform independence," whatever that means.
I hope it goes ok. The mods and the admins have known what was going to happen, but tdc has been the only one working on it, so we'll see.

Well, here we are again at the OSXA satellite office... hope it all works out ok. It was nice to know you had a place to get Mac specific advice/info.

Oh no! I'm confused enough with just Mac users. I guess I'll get used to it as long as those Winux users mind their place.
Seriously, more blue for everyone can't be bad.

There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.

Well, don't forget that osxa is the most comprehensive collection of anti-win facts for audio processing, built up within 5 years. For any bash you'll come up with, somebody will necrojack a corresponding thread in reply. Including the infamous "sorry-what does that mean?". Latter is recursive and will keep osxa/bbl beginners in a mental deadlock. Our secret weapon.Sascha Franck wrote:Hey! Don't forget the bombardement of anti-mac stuff from 41 year olds!
