Not good that you aren't finishing songs... is it something with the software or is it just you and your time/inspiration?

YES! MP3 import/export is a very nice addenda. *ahem*...and to all who refused to +1 this request I made a little ways back, i spit on your XT tracks.

If he's anything like me, it's just him, and inspiration... Sounds like he's still making stuff though, which is a bit ahead of me at this time too, unfortunately...soma wrote:Not good that you aren't finishing songs... is it something with the software or is it just you and your time/inspiration?

Regardless of what crucial things I may believe are missing from XT2 etc. etc. etc. etc.. I definitely can't blame XT2 for not finishing songs.soma wrote:Not good that you aren't finishing songs... is it something with the software or is it just you and your time/inspiration?
So I'll take the latter of the options you presented.

exactly what i wanted to sayCaleb wrote:Personally I like mp3 export options regardless of how easy it is to do it elsewhere.
I'm always wanting to export directly to mp3 because I never get to the end of any of my music projects. That doesn't seem to follow - but in fact it makes perfect sense. Because I never finish I'm only ever producing interim snapshots of where I'm up to. As the snapshots are not meant to be of the highest possible quality, they end up being in mp3 format.
So in fact, I would probably use mp3 export more than wave export.
