That's correct, meaning you can take what you do in MuLab to other programs.jonalyn wrote: Wed Jan 05, 2022 7:38 am If i understand everything , mulab will be a plugin ? A fusion with mux?
Mulab 9 standalone = Mulab 9 plug-in (previously called MUX)
You will be able to run a DAW vst inside another DAW.
I think MuLab is the first to achieve such a thing (outcluding rewire).

So is this essentially running two DAW's side by side but connected via a VST plugin, or is it literally running MuLab as a VST inside another DAW?

I wonder, how the inner and outer DAWs are connected. Are they running with synchronization ? How about the exchange of data audio and midi data? Is this implemented in the pre- beta - version already?

Regarding the crash after being left on overnight, with M9.0.14 it both crashed and went for
a long period without crashing. Definitely on the right track, will test with 0.15

Not public yet.
If you're using the pre-beta, see the same webfolder as the M9 pre-beta files.

So you still had a crash with M9.0.14?pekbro wrote: Wed Jan 05, 2022 7:32 pm Regarding the crash after being left on overnight, with M9.0.14 it both crashed and went for

If so please email me the log file(s) and crash report(s) and if possible a description of how/when the crash(es) happened.

I'm not sure what you mean. Where do you see nanoseconds in M9.0.15?humanboeing wrote: Wed Jan 05, 2022 7:54 pm Thank you Jo for making fine values like nanoseconds visible![]()

I believe both Reason and FLS already do this. But I'm sure Mulab will be far superior!humanboeing wrote: Wed Jan 05, 2022 9:02 amThat's correct, meaning you can take what you do in MuLab to other programs.jonalyn wrote: Wed Jan 05, 2022 7:38 am If i understand everything , mulab will be a plugin ? I started on Logic 5 with a PowerBook G4 550Mhz. I now have a MacBook Air M1 and it's ~165x faster! So, why is my music not proportionally better?

Reason plug is not fully featured DAW - last time I checked it's only the rack meaning they give you their instrument and FX suite.syntonica wrote: Thu Jan 06, 2022 12:13 am I believe both Reason and FLS already do this. But I'm sure Mulab will be far superior!![]()
I wasn't aware of FL Studio doing this, it seems to be true but with limitations like 16 audio outs.
