Still no mac (non-beta/64 bit) version, but I bought Fruity Loops in 2001, back when I was using Windows. Thanks to Image-Line's free for life upgrades, it meant I could download the new mac FL Studio 20 for free, and there is an FL specific plugin version of Harmor in that. Buying the plugin from AD let me unlock that.

I was just pondering that question. Very tempted.

If you like synths that are heavy on EDM style sounds and have a lot of integrated ARPs/Sequences you might want to check out Ascension which is currently on sale at KVR.

When it originally came out on DanceMidiSamples they sold it for around 200$. Then DMS disappeared for a while but they kept the synth alive with a regular price of 99$ at 3rd party retailers. Curiously, DMS seems to be back up now and sells it for around $160 again.

KVR currently has it on sale for 72$. It's a nice and easy one. I would only recommend it for EDM connoisseurs though.

Well, it sounds very interesting, but I saw the price is $79 for now. I just want to make sure I didn't miss anything before I place the order...

No matter how you slice it, suggesting it is only on offer "every 3 or 4 months" isn't right if history is anything to go by. I would be surprised if there's even a *single* period of 3 months where this is not available for $129 in 2019.

Yeah, I shouldn't have done that, even though it's not exactly great etiquette to ignore the bump rules or try to play it that this is a super bargain a day or so after it stopped being on sale for $129.

Spire doesn't really go below 30% rrp, he's selling it for around 45% rrp, which is 50% more than sale price

I don't see the issue ? He never said it was a super bargain, there's plenty sellers on the forum selling licenses for more than regular sale prices, and people selling stuff they get for free, why pick on this guy for actually selling below sale prices ?

I didn't see it as "picking on" or "trashing" at the time - like I said, I am sort of in the market for spire so I'd noticed the thread get bumped every day for a few days, then saw the reply to blue monk and replied about the $129 sales price that had ended the day before (but was still in effect during the bumps and blue monk's post). It was poor judgment on my part.

I have Microshifter and FilterFreak for now. Should I buy some cheap little plugins (during maybe next $10 sale)to reduce the upgrade price first or should I just upgrade directly? (During the next sale of course)
