That no one of the other thousands reading this thread gettin their ass in gear to honor what this huge bunch of artists did, I am used to ! Screw it!

But the fact that most of the collab guys don't give a shit about and particularly those I did spend a lot of my rare time for is more than bad ...

But that's the way the fuc*** shallow web will ever be !

I like the DVD cover a lot - the only thing I'd change is the... how can I say it, I'm not a visual artist, but I'll try: the letters seem to be discreet from the background - what I mean is that I think it'd be better if they melded into the background, seem like the same layer. Download the high-resolution version and there it's more representive what I did !
The JPG lost a lot by compressing (curiously on the low resolution version the letters are bordered) and my idea was (except "MIRABA") that the letters look like there were painted on the canvas !
This is he fact on the HR version !
Just have a look and let me know if this is more your thing

Indeed, the hi-res is much better - I love it, in fact! IMHO, it could be the final cover.

Hm, perhaps I can print it and try to give it around to generate some interest here in Cyprus (if you agree

No problem to generate some interest, but if you print it then only on highgloss paper, otherwise the design looks like ruminant bean soup

P.S.: I think only on the highres version you noticed the gimmick on the left side

Don't get pissed, Daniel.

KVR it's IMO the best place if you look for music technology and there's lots of very good music, but it's not the best place for feedback. As TristezaOrange said the effort of a lot of people including myself sinks in the pages very fast without practically been noticed

You've got an amazingly long thread and it couldn't be said for much. A lot of people collaborated and the result it's great so I think you're lucky enough

What's more, there's a lot of readings because there's interest and that's great also.

I have no problem in downloading it all and make the DVD, but would like more to have a compilation made by you. It would feel more like a finished work. I don't mind pay for it, it's just the pleasure of being on this great work.

BTW, I think the problem with the words at the cover have to do with the difference of resolution between the words and the canvas. If you want the words seem painted on the canvas they should have the same texture, not just transparency.

Believe me I am very happy with the result !
Just to mention that without the passion, enthousiasm and hard work over one and a half year now, this project would have been stay just a vision !
To realize this it requires endurance and engagement ... this becomes more and more a dying goodness !

The portfolio will be printed for sure !
I had a meeting with a graphic designer and he had some good ideas ... I could make it by my own, but the time isn't on my side

On the highres version that isn't a problem anymore and I see what your point is and you're right !
But with Photoshop it isn't so easy to layer these letters with the background !
And even now the letters aren't just transparent also

But don't let us go to deep into the design .. just have a look and (hopefully) enjoy !
