I think this is due to the installation of the East/West version of the 290. You should unintall it from the SETUP page.

At the top of the Receptor hard drive there is a folder called Samples. We recommend that you copy all samples there. You could create a folder called PMI inside "Samples" and copy your samples for the 3 pianos there. Then, from Kontakt you have to navigate to where you copied the samples, locate, and then open the instrument.
