It could be an issue in one of the backbone nodes. It wouldn't be the first time that caused slow connections to certain parts of the net.

Do you have the same internet provider? Also, try speedtest.net as BBFG suggested. Use a server from Turkey (e.g. Ankara). What speed does it show?

I just tested downloading SM again, speed was fine.

My ISP has completely blocked the ability to download the file and I am now getting pretty fed up so now what?
Anywhere else I can download my files so I can use what I paid for?

It's understandable that you're getting upset, but please keep in mind that apparently your ISP messes up, not KV331. If you somehow get through to Bülent, you could ask him to upload the file somewhere else (dropbox or so) so that you can at least use the product until you have sorted out the problems with your ISP.

If everyone else can download fine, then you have an issue with you're windows security.

Mate you don't understand this aint a Microsoft issue and I have never had this happen ever with any files I have ever downloaded!

I'll give it til I get off from work later then dispute the heck out of this, spent months waiting to get this synth to be took up the back-side for supporting and buying.

I've had problems downloading from KV331 since I first bought it. And everything the OP is saying is quite valid. The only thing that's really going to fix it is when the OP and Bulent work it out without everyone jumping on this wagon of 'it's only you and no one else, therefore you are the problem.'
It's not just the OP that has had this problem. And it hasn't just been me either, there's been a few. But I've been regular about pointing this out and for me it seems to be working far better than it ever has before in the last couple of months. But I wouldn't go so far as saying that since it works for me now, it must work for everyone. And I haven't really checked out every download since I have them backed-up anyway. I've only download the updated full versions of the synth for fresh installs.

The most important thing for the OP to do is to get this through to support so they can go through their process of getting it working for him. I'm a little surprised they haven't popped up here yet. They're were on my list as the most improved developer these last three or four months. This issue has got me wondering if there is a backslide taking hold.

(Maybe head to a local cafe with free wifi just to see if it works different).
Although their connections are usually open there and can be an opening for hackers at the next table. At least you could get a test from something different. I know that in the States, the FCC allows some messed up actions from them such as 'throttling' and limiting access at times (especially near the end of your contractual month. In any event, you will have to get this information before hand to have ready if you find you need to contact them for this. (And you will also need it and what the ISP gives you to explain to KV331 support also). Keep trying it all though. I have eventually got what I've paid for with KV331 and I have no doubt that if you stay persistent, you will too.

Firstly, you started having the problem (or reported it) at around 10pm on a Sunday - at least wait until people are up and working the next day before threatening Paypal Disputes... <reminisces upon 30-day delivery>

Secondly, as others have pointed out, this seems specific to you or your ISP at the moment. Many others (including myself) have downloaded from KV331 in the UK.

Thirdly, it's during the big 'sale' weekend where internet traffic is much higher and many sites are struggling.

I'd suggest contacting KV331 and asking them if they are seeing any problems in their server log. Also contact your ISP and ask if they are aware why the site (the download link) may not work. Shouting and threatening because a download doesn't work won't achieve anything other than a delayed refund and bad feelings all around.

You could also state which ISP you're with and maybe anyone else in the UK with the same ISP could see what happens.

Patience is indeed a virtue, especially when dealing with technology.

I had my friend send me my download and I installed and now the program is slow as hell and stalling when I move between patches to the poiunt everything stalls on my DAW!?

My Rig Is as follows and I have never had any issues with any plug-in as I have with Synthmaster (I supported many free and indie plug in devs in the past contributing a donation by pay pal and etc for there efforts also!)
And I am a frequent buyer of Computer Music aswell and used and tried many plug-ins flawlessly!

I am now disputing with PayPal... Getting nowhere. I work over 50 hours a week and do not want anything more else to do with the synth or synth what so ever... Disappointed hugely

In my REAPER it works flawlessly, I've never had any problems with Synthmaster, except maybe a few minor bugs...

Bulent surely is trying to hunt after every bug but he cannot know every computer system on earth... :shrug:

I have run countless program and maybe it's just my luck this synth will not work as I looked forward to it hugely, but -hey ho-
Therer isues after issues and I have bought worse synths from less know developers but they plug-ins worked and the download was instant.

Thank-you to everyone who tried and helped and I am sorry to have wasted your time and effort too through this mess. Leave some links to your tunes and I will check them out and follow in return especially if your on Soundcloud.

Why are you disputing? Wouldn't the logical next step to contact the dev, and see if you can figure the problem out? And if you can't, ask for a refund. The dev is very responsive regarding such things. I mean, come on, you didn't even give him a chance to react... it's not like he ripped you off.
