My friend, who is at the unveiling, said Eric started balling uncontrollably announcing the 4th instrument as the final Spectrasonics instrument, and he had to leave the stage. They are waiting for him to gain composure to come back and make the instrument release announcement. Meanwhile, to keep the guests entertained, Diego Stocco is on stage dressed as a clown playing a cello made out of burning hay and a broom stick.

i know it's disapointing/fustrating to some degree but they might had issues adn are problably working hard to make it happen... shhhh.t happens sometimes when you less expect it, but so do good things too

Well, if this is true, then they're not going to go out on a vocal synth. My guess would be the ultimate modular synth with the sound quality of hardware. Probably hundreds of modules. A huge sound library. You'll need a core 7 just to load one instance. It's going to be massive.

My 2nd choice is still the vocal synth.

Only 2 hours to go in the East Coast. Hopefully, I'll find out before I hit the sheets. A modular would make me interested. Given the quality of their stuff, I'd say it would even blow away Reaktor.

Time will tell.
