Native Instruments are doing half price upgrades on Komplete. Before I log in the price quoted to upgrade to the standard version is "£89.50 for owners of KOMPLETE 2-12". After logging in I'm quoted £179.50, presumably because I own KOMPLETE 11 ULTIMATE.
Anyone had any joy upgrading to the standard version from an earlier ultimate version at the lower quoted rate? I'm not fussed about the extra stuff in 13 Ultimate and not even that bothered about the extra stuff I got with 11 ULTIMATE, I want to upgrade just to get Massive X, Noire, Super 8 and Guitar Rig 6 Pro.

If no-one knows I'll send them an email.

possibly buy from a third party. I bought an s61 shortly after 13 came out and it upgraded my komplete 12 with a couple of items from komplete 13 select (Raum and an expansion that were not in Komplete 12). These were unexpected bonuses as it was second hand with a licence transfer and It stacked with the 'bigger' edition.

I bought inspirata at full price when it came out - easy worth it, is now my goto reverb. Half price is a great deal

Best Service do apparently, but you have to contact support after purchase and they refund postage and send the serial number by email instead.

It's been a long year waiting for the Summer of Sound 2021 (since I forgot to buy the Kontakt update last year, eesh). Who's gonna have the best deal on a Kontakt 6 update?

Direct from Native Instruments appears to be your only option. I haven't found any third-party retailers selling Kontakt in quite a long time, to say nothing of Kontakt upgrades. A few third-party retailers sell Komplete, including the updates/upgrades, but they only seem to be able to sell the physical product, not a download (with the possible exception of Best Service).

FTFY, it was $2 to £1 in 2007. I remember going on holiday with fairly empty suitcases so I could stock up on bargain Levi’s and the like while over there.

sweetwater has it $249 but must be shipped hdd+box

so nothing good found yetn unless you have some voucher from uk retailers

I bought the Komplete Ultimate upgrade boxed from a retail store, price was the same as the NI site but I got 10% back in points which is not insignificant.
