Hmm! I think I've go an idea. What about depth of audio. Is there are way to measure depth of sound in general. Think of looking at a spectrograph from a 2 dimensional perspective. Would there be a 3rd aspect of depth of sources withing frequency over time? I feel like each instrument has its own depth in a recording and that depth has its own space, of how wide and full the sound can be, I think this is where my answer goes. Somewhere in this direction
The reason why I brought up depth, because right now I am listening to a song and this tune sounds like the drums are wider and full and thicker in sound then the the vocals, and the vocals is second best in how wide they are throughout the entire track. I feel the drums are the widest and full in sound and the vocals are second widest and full in sound in this song.
What is the proper term for the width/thickness of sound in digital audio?

Depth is the same issue. You have to be careful and avoid these subjective terms or you're just digging a hole with yourself in it. It's depth is currently up to your neck.

Whatever bro, go work towards a GED then you can come back and tell me how full of non-sense I am. Remember I am a programmer, which is something that requires full academic skills which you clearly have none of.
but look knowing the definition of the terms that we all use every day is not going to help you at all. knowing what something is is just that knowing what it is. you are being given advice on how to get the effect yet we are all the stupid ones. because we do not just read up and think we are the shit. look depth width in mixing that's all pan balance mixing and using stuff like reverb and delays eq and compression. I'm sorry but that's all it is. as a programer I'm sorry if maybe its a little over your tech head. but you came here asking what is was and saying your working on something that needed it so we all gave ways to do it. no matter what words you learn they wont help you do anything.
