i wouldn't mind a public beta supersoon even with some bugs.
but it's important that when they realease it is something they are happy 100% feature and sound wise.
so as i always say in this kind of threads "when it's ready and it's superawesome" as customer is always what i wanna hear.
when diva was released even in beta and even with several bugs it was such a world beater that even in that state it made a huge impact.
now the competition is stiffer but still i believe u-he can come up 2 year later with something special .
i've been doing lots of comparisons between analogs and softsynths for the past year....and while filters and most important differences seems to have been closed for good ...i sense a little VCA compression in the real analogs that in softsynths gets generally ignored. there's always room for a llittle improvement . and in that regard with sasha i think they added exactly in the area of expertise where they needed.
so i expect great things from u-he in the near future...although sasha's input might not show for this diva update....i'm sure it will be decsive in forthcoming products.

I was just joking in response to the guy that said people were being repetitive about it's release date in an earlier post on page 3.

Seriously though, ............I recently purchased an Elektron A4, which I will never get rid of, I love it,
but with DIVA 1.3 and the sequencer and arp that it will be armed with, running 4 DIVAs with a
mono arp patch could easily rival the A4?

That I really can't wait to experiment with.

With all the anticipation of DIVA, Bazille, Satin ...it should really make the guys at U-HE feel good that they make products that inspire such expectations and excitement.

I hope that Urs and company feel very proud that we all can't wait for their products to come out.

Everyday I visit u-he thinking "perhaps today…."

Amazing that these plugins are upgraded for free with such juicy upgrades.

I'm so impressed it's almost a dead cert I'm gonna buy Z2 and satin looks just the ticket too.

And no iLok…never used one, never want to, the dongle on cubase 3.1 (atari) was my last dongles product.

Just wanna say "thanks u-he!"

I think with Satin we today agreed on "perhaps September 2nd".

Clemens has left for a short vacation, I'm leaving for a short trip too in late August. So when we're back, *it* is on. In the meantime we'll test the latest GUI fixes, we'll do some pretend sales aka test the shop and we might even try an AAX Mac prototype.
