Later, when you're famous, you can afford to pay world class players to perform your songs live on stage ... or tend to the goats while you create new loops
Peace,

Architect doesn't need to grow trees for wood and produce all bricks and mortar.
He is a creator of structures, not materials/elements. In fact, he creates a blueprint for
structure, and this structure is actually built by others.
He should know physical properties of wood and bricks, but he doesn't need to produce them
or to know details of production.
Hopefully you sampled that. Because if I ever hear a sample in your music that sounds like a tractor rolling over someone's pelvis and it's not real, I'M GONNA KICK YOUR HOSER ASS, MISTER CHEATER!!!trimph1 wrote:Life is too short to worry about loopdeeloops and such.
Having a tractor roll over on me taught me a few things....booouuuy....
All of the fake tractor-squish plugins I've heard get it completely wrong. You can hear that the actors doing the voice samples aren't really in fear of their lives, they're just going through the motions. And the impact sounds. basically yes, but the creator is mirrored in the tools he resonates with and is drawn to. which makes it all the more important to let everyone find their own happy place of tool usage. tools don't matter in a static way of "this is good and this is bad", they matter because the creator starts a relationship with them. it's all about relationship. if you love using loops, do it.rcat wrote:IMHO, art is all about the creator and the creation rather than the tools used.
