Even if GC doesn’t sell Phase Plant to you guys because of the price difference ($50 is not that much, btw) - show your evidence of the sale to you by GC to Kilohearts themselves: they could literally just send you a serial! Or more likely a coupon code that will price-match GC’s F*up- It's a loss of revenue, on K’s part - but their thinking would likely be that you’d be more inclined to spend $ on their products in the future…

This is a great idea. Kilohearts could simply do it with a coupon code to keep it from turning into a logistics nightmare.

Looks like UJAM is no longer selling Striiings.

I still see it on the dealer portal. That series isn't included in their Black Friday sale, though.

I asked them twice about it and each time got a stock response which didn't answer the specific question regarding Striiings. I probably wouldn't buy it anyway unless the price was very low.

In past Black Fridays, they did one or two plugins for 75% off and everything else at 50% off. This time they put a huge number of plugins for 60-75% off but only put a few select series on sale.

I was talking specifically about GC/MF (They sell a lot more music related items then software licenses; some big ticket) - and Phase Plant only - not Kilohearts inclusive bundle.

If there were 100 licenses of Phase Plant that sold/the orders processed and weren’t cancelled even after the pricing was caught/corrected, GCMF would lose $5k of revenue if 100% of those orders were fulfilled, right?

I don’t think that there are 100 underpriced orders for Phase Plant - no where near that. I also don’t think that those orders for Phase Plant would even exist if it wasn’t for underpricing.

My guess is that there’s enough incentive for GCMF to just fulfill the orders - and Kilohearts to price-match if GCMF doesn’t.
