String 1.15.2 - vst3 + new GUI

Bumping an older thread, but just to let those who asked know: the current released version of String now runs on native Apple Silicon, rather than being emulated. Either way it's pretty efficient CPU wise, but native M1 support does have the edge.

We discovered that String changes the locale on loading, which brings issues in some cases https://github.com/BespokeSynth/BespokeSynth/pull/373

I'll look into it. I do use a similar technique - scoping the locale to "C" for reads and writes - so I'll investigate where this is going wrong.
