Hello Everyone. I'm new here. I've just bought Hive 2 and Zebra Legacy. I've realised that I'd rather buy the U-he Collection 2 instead. Time is of the essence as the sale ends tomorrow. How do I go about refunding for these two purchases? How long does the process take? Am I too late?
Cheers for any help that you can give this panicking noob.

Individual sales questions like that are probably best directed to U-he support versus a public forum.KayVeeArt wrote: Mon Jan 09, 2023 7:04 pm Hello Everyone. I'm new here. I'm guessing that - at this time of the day, (1921 GMT) - their offices will be closed. I'm hoping that someone here will have some experience with the process and will be able to advise on the best course of action. If the process takes me beyond the time when the sale ends, then I might have to risk buying the Collection 2 right now and then risk being lumbered with two licences for Hive 2 and Zebra Legacy. You are are correct though.

have you emailed? they usually work all hours
least then it's also on their files you mailed pre time limit, which may or may not make a difference?

I haven't. I didn't realise they work all hours. I've read that their customer service is top notch so I'm optimistic. That's a good suggestion. Thank you.vurt wrote: Mon Jan 09, 2023 7:28 pm have you emailed? they usually work all hours

...and I apologise if this is not the appropriate place for this... I'm stressing out just slightly.

Also, I'm confused about whether to reach out to u-he or Native Instruments.KayVeeArt wrote: Mon Jan 09, 2023 7:34 pmI haven't. I didn't realise they work all hours. wouldn't worry about it being the wrong place, other than its not as likely to get you sorted straightaway. email is more directKayVeeArt wrote: Mon Jan 09, 2023 7:34 pmI haven't. After much frantic searching, I've found the correct way to communicate with NI and a ticket has been recorded. I'm new to forum etiquette, so please forgive my naivety and ineptitude. My middle-aged brain has never coped well with this new-fangled computer malarkey.vurt wrote: Mon Jan 09, 2023 7:43 pmwouldn't worry about it being the wrong place, other than its not as likely to get you sorted straightaway. email is more directKayVeeArt wrote: Mon Jan 09, 2023 7:34 pmI haven't. Thank you.
nothing to forgive
welcome aboard, it can be a weird place at times, but it's a nice, helpful place for the most part.
