The rack width is based on the rack slot width.humanboeing wrote: Sun Aug 17, 2025 5:50 pm Hmm... there seems to be an inconsistency with rack width propagation. Create a blank mux in composer's modular area with just a rack slot inside, let's call this one "Rack A". Since it has no mixer strip, it is thinner than a rack with mixer strip ("Rack B"). Choosing "propagate width" function on "Rack B" should make the width of "Rack A" equal to "Rack B" shouldn't it?

I can't comment on this yet atm.humanboeing wrote: Sun Aug 17, 2025 5:58 pm By the way, what are the plans with regard to the future of rack front panels development? Are there any plans to add input control just like we can control audio output? Or perhaps the mixer strip and plugin slots will become more modular? I'm curious.

I only now see that you edited your post and added question + info.
Better to add it in a separate post in the future then it's clear there is real new text on topic.
Tested it again now in MuLab 10.0.84, works fine.

Yes, indeed. And that's using the very latest plug version, 4.0.5.xmstkvr wrote: Mon Aug 18, 2025 7:30 am Btw, do I understand correctly? You tried it, and it loads fine for you?

That indeed makes this case extra oddAnother layer of mystery is that their other plugins work fine in MuLab 10 (and 9). It's just this one that doesn't want to work for me in v10.
What does that mean? (i'm not native english)I am going to take axe and deal with my computer that way.

something curious
To view and test MuLab, I only want to use VST 3 plug-ins (special reason).
However, MuLab does not find the VST 3 plug "UHE Repro 5". While it finds "Repro 1". That's a great pity. (All latest versions)
All other installed DAW's (e.g. Bitwig, Ableton, FL St., Harrison, Reaper, ReNoise, Steinberg, Tracktion etc. etc) will find the plug-in.
An idea/remedy would be very helpful.

I assume these are plugins inside a single .vst3 file, right?jd88 wrote: Tue Aug 19, 2025 12:41 am However, MuLab does not find the VST 3 plug "UHE Repro 5". While it finds "Repro 1".
That's not yet supported, but quite high on the wishlist.

Whatever that major bug was, fixing it sure did wonders for efficiency. Almost every plugin that used to chug in mulab, now performs like a champ, even Battalion from UA, which is saying something since it’s a beast.
Weirdly, cpu usage goes down when graphics heavy plugins are open and not closed or minimized.
